Kwalape Lodge (Chobe Safari Camp) is situated in Kasane and is ideally situated to explore Botswana's wilderness and culture. Almost one fifth of Botswana enjoys conservation status as national parks, game reserves and forestry areas. Kwalape offers the perfect base to discover the wonders of Chobe National Park and River, with its vast elephant herds and wildlife populations. Kwalape is only an hour away from the magnificent Victoria Falls and 1 km away from where four great African countries meet (Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana) making Kwalape an ideal location to explore from. We have 12 tented en suite chalets, 6 with baths only and the other 6 with showers only, 10 safari tents and 5 serviced campsites with communal bathrooms. There is also a sundowner bar lounge, a boma dining area, swimming pool and barbecue facilities. Activities at Kwalape, Chobe Safari Camp include 4x4 game drives, Chobe River based game viewing, overnight bush- camping in Chobe, interactive drumming, visits to snake park as well as day trips to Victoria Falls. Please note that we are encountering construction delays and there is still some work being done, this will continue for an undisclosed time. Facilities: The lodge boasts a restaurant with a sundowner bar, bar lounge, Boma dining area, swimming pool and facilities for barbecues. Activities at Kwalape Chobe Safari Camp include 4x4 game drives, Chobe River based game viewing, overnight bush-camping in Chobe, interactive drumming, visits to the snake park as well as day trips to Victoria Falls.
