We offer facilities such as clean bathroom, toilets, pantry area, internet facility, laundry, cozy lounge area, roof garden deck, 24 hours security, and a tour information counter. Outside the building are also displayed on its wall two plaques put up by Sabah Tourism Board and the Australian Embassy in 1995 of the significance of this historical building.
