This house has cooking facilities, fridge, also AC in the house, as well as TV and DVD player (which doubles as CD stereo with video capability. Right on the Loboc River, with front porch facing the river, there are hammocks for relaxing in the shade of huge banana leaves, and easy to get set up to play badminton. The bathroom/rest room (Comfort Room) is new and tiled, and I am glad to say we have hot water for showering. We have good safe drinking water (delivered, in big bottles), and a normal functional flushing toilet like Americans expect, that you can sit on (you can't take these things for granted here), as well as an electric toaster oven, and 110 V transformers for your shaver, re-chargers, etc. if needed, cooking utensils and glasses, plates, silverware, etc., and a big inflatable mattress, though if you need two beds they would be the foam kind; actually we just got a very nice 6 inch thick high quality foam mattress too. There is a ''SmartBro'' wireless card that you can buy in any city which will allow internet access from your laptop, it supposedly is active there in Loboc now though I haven't heard that anyone there has had success with it yet, however if not there are a few internet cafes nearby in downtown Loboc. This is ONE room, but can have two beds, somehow that wouldn't enter right here at this site.
